
Eventìss manage, on your behalf, all aspects related to the management of a Scientific Society or Association.
We don’t intend to replace your role as Representative of the Society, but we’ll become your executive arm in handling the daily formalities, in particular:
- administrative and accounting management of the Society, with a periodical report of the balance sheet
- management of the membership fees
- correspondence with Society members (dispatching of circulars, newsletters, documents, etc.)
- periodical update of the members’ database and related mailing list
- publication of proceedings, journals, news bulletins, etc.
- coordinating the scientific activities and meetings of the Society
- planning and implementation of promotional activities, agreed with the Steering Committee, in order to increase the number of members
